This includes general persistent worrying (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), perfectionistic thinking, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive behaviors (OCD), social anxiety, & anxiety caused by past traumas. Anxiety is often experienced together with depression, stress, significant life changes, relationship issues, chronic medical illness or pain, or a desire to improve your quality of life.
