Anxiety
Anxiety can be experienced in many different ways. You may notice yourself experiencing frequent worry thoughts about a specific topic or in many different areas, which interferes with your daily life. You may experience panic attacks in which you have difficulty breathing, increased heart rate, or other symptoms that feel intrusive and bothersome. You may know what triggers your anxiety, or it may appear to come out of nowhere for no reason. Some anxiety is specific to certain situations, such as social interactions or when exposed to a specific fear.
