Cindy Zabinski, LMHC, CRC, ACS - Owner & Clinician
​Cindy specializes in working with people who struggle with eating disorders, addictions, infertility, and trauma.  She is an EMDR Certified Clinician and a Consultant-in-Training.  Utilizing therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and EMDR, she is able to tailor treatment to the needs of the individual.  Cindy believes in the power of healing from past experiences that have shaped the way that we view ourselves and the world around us, which has influenced the birth of this group practice.  Cindy provides therapeutic services including individual and group counseling, as well as consultation for professionals, in her role in the practice.

Rachel Lubell, LCSW, CASAC-T
As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor in training (CASAC-T), I have over 10 years of experience specializing in treating adults and adolescents in addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, depression and life's transitions. I have experience working in a mental health inpatient treatment center as well as an inpatient detox and rehabilitation center providing individual, group and family therapy. Life can become overwhelming managing responsibilities, past trauma, relationships, work and life's transitions. By utilizing a combination of CBT and DBT techniques, my goal is to help you navigate through difficult paths to help you find one that you feel comfortable and able to cope with.

Joann Romano, MHC-LP, CRC
​Joann practices psychotherapy specializing in working with adolescents and adults in the treatment of anxiety and anxiety disorders. This includes general persistent worrying (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), perfectionistic thinking, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive behaviors (OCD), social anxiety, and anxiety caused by past traumas. Anxiety is often experienced together with other conditions or situations. These may include depression, stress, significant life changes, relationship issues, chronic medical illness or pain, or a desire to improve your quality of life. Joann is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), and uses it with clients to heal from past traumas and move forward in their lives.





Bari Glickman, MHC-LP
​Bari is a highly motivated and passionate Mental Health Counselor dedicated to giving exceptional care to individuals who may be struggling and are seeking support. She specializes in providing services for adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and difficulties adjusting and coping in their daily lives. Bari’s specialty areas include relationship issues, anxiety, panic disorders, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, and trauma.  She utilizes psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), while also incorporating person-centered ideologies in order to ensure a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for her clients. Bari is truly invested in each individual she works with, capitalizing on the client’s strengths in order to guide and empower them to make positive changes and realize their full potential.

Courtney Foley, MHC Intern
Courtney is a graduate student from Hofstra University's Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling program. Courtney utilizes a trauma-informed, integrated approach to provide a safe environment for clients to explore their barriers, identify their strengths, and work towards their goals. Courtney focuses on working with adolescents and adults facing addiction, divorce, loss, and other significant life changes. As a certified yoga teacher, Courtney incorporates practices of mindfulness and meditation into her counseling. 
Stephen Tita, MHC Intern
Stephen is a graduate student from Long Island University’s Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling program. Stephen utilizes an integrated approach to help clients heal and work on their goals in a safe environment. Stephen focuses on working with adolescents and adults who are living with addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and going through transitional periods in their lives. Pulling from a variety of therapeutic approaches allows Stephen to help clients find ways to heal, cope, and grow to be the best version of themselves.
