Often, we have experienced difficult times in the past that contribute to our current struggles.  Here at Healing & Growth Counseling, we utilize a trauma-informed approach, understanding that sometimes it is necessary to heal past wounds in order to grow and move forward.

Growth

Many people have the false belief that counseling is only for people who have psychiatric diagnoses.  This is not true.  Counseling can be helpful to those looking to overcome an obstacle in their lives, or wanting to gain deeper meaning and awareness in their lives.
