To view clinician availability and request a specific appointment, check out our new online portal system!
Follow these easy steps to use our Portal System to schedule an initial appointment:
1. Click "View Clinician Availability and Request an Initial Appointment"
2. Click "Request Appointment"
3. Click "Request for New Patient"
4. Use dropdown menu next to Location to select Main Office (Massapequa Park) or Telehealth. If you are open to either one, then leave it set to "Any Available Location"
5. Use dropdown menu next to Clinician to select the clinician you would like to schedule with. If you are open to working with any of our clinicians, then leave it set to "Any Available Clinician"
6. Click "View Available Times"

6. Click "View Available Times"
