I believe that true healing happens when we look at the entire picture of your life, not just a list of symptoms. As a Mental Health Counseling Limited Permit holder and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with dual degrees from the University at Buffalo, I specialize in helping adults and teens navigate the complexities of Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression.
My approach is deeply Person-Centered. I don’t believe in 'one-size-fits-all' therapy because your story is unique. I enjoy thinking outside the box to create a personalized treatment plan that honors who you are as an individual. Whether you are managing the highs and lows of a mood disorder or feeling paralyzed by persistent anxiety, I provide a calm, steady space where we can work through the heavy stuff together. What makes our work together unique is my 'systems-informed' lens. I understand that your mental health doesn't exist in a vacuum. It is deeply connected to your home life, your community, and your career. While my primary focus is your emotional well-being, I bring a rare expertise in understanding how work-life stress and community systems impact your mental state. I’m here to help you navigate those external pressures so they stop weighing so heavily on your internal world. In our sessions, you can expect:
I am currently working toward my mental health licensure and am passionate about helping my clients break through barriers. If you're looking for a therapist who sees you as a whole person and is ready to work alongside you, I’d love to connect and answer any questions you have.
