Fallon Panetta, MS, MHC Intern
My name is Fallon Panetta, and I’m excited to join the Healing & Growth Counseling team as a Mental Health Counseling Intern. I bring with me 18 years of experience as a school counselor, where I’ve worked alongside students, families, educators, and administrators to support emotional growth, resilience, and well-being. I’m now expanding that work through a clinical lens as I pursue licensure in mental health counseling.
My counseling style is collaborative, compassionate, and strength-based. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed practices, with a strong appreciation for the connection between our emotional and physical experiences. I believe that healing starts with feeling understood, and my goal is to help clients make sense of what they’re carrying while offering tools that support emotional regulation, insight, and empowerment. I am passionate about supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, life transitions, and the internal pressures that often go unspoken. Above all, I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel safe to show up authentically and supported as they work toward growth, healing, and lasting change.
