I am the owner and a clinician here at Healing & Growth Counseling. I have always had a passion for helping others, leading to my decision to pursue mental health counseling as a career path. I began my private practice in 2014, and decided to grow it into a group practice beginning in 2019.

My passion in the field of mental health is to help clients to heal from their past experiences, allowing them to achieve their goals and find peace and happiness in their present time. I utilize a combination of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Psychodynamic therapy, depending on the individual who I am working with and their current needs. Each individual deserves to have a treatment plan and process that is tailored to their goals and needs.
